• 2 ounces Downunder Vodka
• 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
• 1 sprig of fresh mint

Method

1. Vigorously shake vodka and schnapps with lots of ice.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass. Ice optional.
3. Garnish with mint.
4. Enjoy.
